Association Fee Payments
The Association bank accounts are being transitioned from the prior management firm (Progressive) and will remain with Truist Bank. You will be able to continue using your current coupons through the end of the budget year, December 31, 2024. As part of the transition, late fees will be waived for the month of February 2024.
There are several ways you can make your maintenance fee payments – Pay automatically with Truist Association Pay (ACH), Truist One-Time Online Payment System, Pay with Bill Pay, Mail your payment directly to Truist, Pay directly at a Truist branch. You may go online and visit www.Truist.com/Payments to see all the ways you can make your association fee payments with Truist Bank.
